ORDER & RETURN
GANOFARM eShop offers products of international quality to every customer. We guarantee a replacement if the product(s) that you purchased is of inferior quality or has manufacturing defects. However, this guarantee does not extend to damage or contamination due to expiry, negligence or deliberate acts.
In the event of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, retail customers can return/exchange the product at the Ganofarm Head Office, Puchong or via postage within 60 days from the date of purchase. Customers have to provide a good reason and return the said goods together with the official Ganofarm eShop Invoice. The products returned must be in good condition, useable, resell able, restock able, unopened, unaltered and have not expired.
Customers must attach the following at the time of returning the products:
- Product Return Form
- Copy of Official GANOFARM eShop Invoice
- Product(s) to be returned
GANOFARM eShop provides the Buy-Back Policy to any customer who wishes to terminate his/her account and return Ganofarm’s product(s) that are purchased within 90 days from the date of his/her resignation provided that the goods are in good condition, useable, resell able, restock able, unopened, unaltered and have not expired (prior to at least six months of expiry).
Upon approval, the amount refunded will be equivalent to the price of product being returned
