Perencah Tom Yam Segara 东炎即煮酱料
Ingredients: Chili, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Citrus Leaf, Fish Sauce, Lemon Juice and Vegetable Oil
成分: 辣椒, 南姜, 香茅, 酸柑叶, 鱼露, 柠檬酸及植物油
Method: Bring 3 cups of water to boil. Put in prawn (or other seafood), fresh mushrooms, and simmer for a while, Stir in 2 tablespoons of Tom Yam Paste and serve hot.
煮法: 煮沸三杯水, 加入虾或海鲜及菇类, 稍煮片刻。 最后加入两汤匙东炎酱搅均,热腾上席。
