Perencah Kari Ayam 咖喱既煮酱料

 

Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Chili, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Grass, Curry Leaf, Spices, Sugar and salt

 

成分: 食油,辣椒,蒜头,葱头,咖喱叶,香料,糖及盐

 

Method:

1. Prepare 1 kg of chicken meat, 1 bowl of coconut milk and some water.

2. Pour in 1 bottle of Chicken Curry Paste into 1 kg of chicken meat and mix well, Stir fry until all cook

3. Pour in coconut milk and water , let it boil for 10 minutes and serve.

 

煮法:

1. 预备1 公斤鸡肉,1 碗椰浆及少些水。

2. 将 1 瓶咖喱既煮酱料倒入1 公斤一起,搅拌均匀。翻炒直到完全煮熟。

3. 继续将配料以中火煮十分钟即可上桌。
